Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the use of the Royal Cars Mysore website and the general conditions for vehicle enquiries and transactions. The vehicle-specific written agreement, disclosures, and applicable law also govern each purchase or service.

Website Listings and Availability

Vehicle listings provide information to help customers explore available cars. Contact Royal Cars to confirm availability, price, specifications, and condition before making a payment or arranging travel.

Illustrations used in banners and informational blogs are decorative. Refer to the photographs and details of the specific vehicle you wish to purchase.

An online enquiry does not reserve a vehicle or complete a purchase.

Vehicle Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle, review available documents and service records, and arrange a test drive before purchasing.

Customers may seek an independent mechanical assessment. Any agreed repairs, accessories, or other commitments should be recorded in writing before the transaction is completed.

Odometer Readings

Royal Cars does not guarantee the authenticity of odometer readings. Displayed mileage should be considered alongside available service records, vehicle history, and an inspection of the vehicle.

This statement does not permit misleading representations or restrict rights available under applicable law.

Test Drives

Test drives must be arranged with the showroom and conducted carefully, subject to the requirements explained before the drive.

Any responsibility for damage must be addressed through the applicable written test-drive agreement and law. Damage during a test drive does not automatically constitute an agreement to purchase the vehicle.

Commission and Additional Charges

Royal Cars operates on a commission basis. The photographed showroom notice specifies:

  • Vehicle value below ₹2,00,000: fixed office commission of ₹5,000.

  • Vehicle value above ₹2,00,000: fixed commission of 2%.

[Confirm the charge at exactly ₹2,00,000, the amount on which 2% is calculated, who pays the commission, and whether taxes are additional.]

Customers must receive confirmation of the applicable commission and other charges before committing to a transaction. RTO charges are extra.

Ownership Transfer

Ownership transfer is compulsory. Buyers and sellers must provide the documents and cooperation required for the applicable transfer process.

The photographed notice states “RTO transfer minimum 90 working days.”

[Confirm the current transfer process and this wording before publication. Do not present it as a guaranteed completion deadline or as permission to delay legal requirements.]

Advances and Cancellations

The showroom notice describes advance payments as non-refundable.

Before accepting an advance, Royal Cars should provide written confirmation of the amount, reservation period, cancellation conditions, and circumstances in which a refund applies.

[Insert the owner-approved refund and cancellation policy following legal review.]

Nothing in this section excludes a refund or remedy required by applicable law.

Vehicle Condition and Document Authenticity

Any statements about accident history, refurbishment, or document authenticity must be supported by the disclosures and records applicable to the specific vehicle.

The photographed quality-policy notice refers to a lifetime guarantee on document authenticity. This is distinct from a mechanical warranty.

[Insert the confirmed scope, responsible party, exclusions, and claim procedure for any document-authenticity guarantee offered.]

Warranty and Service Benefits

Warranty availability depends on the vehicle and the applicable provider’s written terms.

A photographed Wisedrive poster advertises a one-year engine and transmission warranty with associated service benefits, subject to terms. This does not establish that every vehicle automatically qualifies.

Before purchase, confirm eligibility, covered components, exclusions, claim limits, commencement date, service requirements, and claim procedures.

Park & Sell

Park & Sell is a commission-based service for connecting vehicle owners with prospective buyers. Owners, dealers, and resellers may enquire.

Commission, custody arrangements, insurance, test-drive permission, and responsibility for loss or damage must be set out in the written service agreement. A general owner-risk notice does not exclude responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
